General Information

• The check in time is 4:00pm;
• The check-out time is 11:00am;
• Pet and smoke free;
• Salt Water, heated and lighted pool (18x28);
• 6-person Hot Tub;
• 2,500 square feet;
• Large front and back gardens with patios, iron lattice furniture provided;
• Centrally air conditioned;
• Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils, as well as coffee and tea supplies;
• Natural gas barbeque connected to the house (48,000 btu, 725 square inch cooking area;
• Free 24/7 High Speed Wireless Internet;
• Cable in every room;
• High Definition LCD TV's (52' family room, 42' living room, 32' all bedrooms, 19' kitchen);
• DVD and Blu-ray players;
• Hi-Fi CD and Ipod player;
• Nintendo Wii with golf/tennis/dance games;
• Alarms with radio and Ipod docking stations in bedrooms;
• Board games provided (chess, backgammon, cards);
• Fully stocked with duvets, high quality linens, extra pillows, basic toiletries plus hair dryers;
• Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and board, as well as laundry supplies;
• 3 parking spaces.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservation is held with a 25% deposit. Cheques, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
• Final balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• 30 days prior notice required for all cancellations less 5% administration fee.
